Some of the Closing Costs to Expect:
- Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
- Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, title insurance, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
- Attorney's fees for handing the closing, and doing a title search.
- Down Payment the amount of money you will be putting down on the purchase.
